Front Desk receptionist
Bilingual Spanish and (1) year full time Physician Office exprerience A MUST....Will be responsible for fast paced, high call volume front desk position. Must be flex to work various hours including Saturday, Will also be responsible for general office duties as needed. This person will be cross trained in all aspects of the business to fill in and/or help out where needed.
All applicants must meet the following requirements before applying:
- 1 year front desk receptionist experience in an office setting
- Good command of the English and Spanish language - both written and oral
- Upbeat, high energy person who will thrive in a fast paced office
- Ability to multitask and jump in wherever needed
- Excellent phone skills required as every position will require interfacing with patients
